Mike graduated from the University of California, Davis, with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1972, and from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Theology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling in 1977.

Mark graduated from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, Tennessee, in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree. 

Nate graduated from Patrick Henry College in 2009 with a degree in Classical Liberal Arts with an emphasis in education. 

Jessica worked as a leader of camp retreats at Discovery Ministries near Emminence, MO, prior to 2000. 

John graduated from Humboldt State University, Arcata, CA, in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and his Master of Arts in Psychology and Counseling in 1991. 

Caryn graduated from Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL, with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education in 1981. 

Suzanne graduated from Humboldt State University in Arcata, California, with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation in 1990. 

Randy graduated from Heald Business College in 1965 and had a small accounting practice for approximately ten years.

Susan Hicks graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Ministries in 1986 and began working as a counselor in 1985. 

Tom Kern graduated from the University of Illinois in 1972 with a Bachelor of Social Welfare. 

Sharon graduated from Colorado Christian University, Lakewood, CO, in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. 

Pedro graduated from Gordon College, MA, with a Bachelor of Arts in Youth Ministries, including a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies, in December of 2008. 

Jim Parker graduated from San Jose Bible College with a Bachelor of Religious Education in 1965.

Marion attended San Jose Bible College from 1956 to 1959. 

Mary joined the CEM staff part time in 1999 as receptionist.
