John Cox
Director of Counseling
John graduated from Humboldt State University, Arcata, CA, in 1978 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and his Master of Arts in Psychology and Counseling in 1991. John was a building contractor and also worked as a counselor at the Humboldt County Juvenile Hall from 1985 to 1996. He came to CEM in 1996, where he received supervision toward state licensure. He received his Marriage and Family Therapy license in 2003. John has been the Director of Counseling at CEM since 2003.
