Would you like to help CEM and get in a good winter work out at the same time?

Join us on Saturday, February 4, 2012, for the Annual You Spin--They Win.  Spin bikes will be available in 1-hour increments from noon to midnight.  Cost is $15 per hour, or $150 for all 12 hours.  Instructors will keep you moving and motivated.  Prizes add to the excitement.  All proceeds benefit Christian Encounter Ministries.

The event will take place at South Yuba Club of Grass Valley, Raley's Shopping Center, Grass Valley, CA.
