Here's a great opportunity to help CEM and get in a good winter work out at the same time.  Typically held the first or second Saturday in February, all proceeds benefit Christian Encounter Ministries.  Choose between one-hour sessions of spin, body pump, body combat, and Zumba, or do them all!  All sessions will be led by professional instructors.  Raffle prizes add to the excitement.

This year's Fitness Challenge is being held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2013, at the Grass Valley South Yuba Club in the Raley's shopping center.  $15 donation for one class or $25 donation for multiple classes.  Call CEM at 268-0877 to reserve a spot or register at the door - see you then!!!
