Here's a great opportunity to help CEM and get in a good winter work out at the same time.  Typically held the first or second Saturday in February, all proceeds benefit Christian Encounter Ministries.  Spin for an hour or two, or join us for the entire 12 hours.  Instructors will keep you moving and motivated.  Raffle prizes add to the excitement.

This year's You Spin - They Win is being held from noon to midnight on Saturday, February 4, 2012, at the Grass Valley South Yuba Club in the Raley's shopping center.  The cost is $15 for one hour or $150 for all 12 hours.  Call CEM at 268-0877 to reserve a bike or register at the door - see you then!!!
