Internships: Undergraduate Internship
Practical Ministry Training for spiritually
mature Christians, who are 21 years of age
or older and who want to minister to the
needs of resident students alongside other
interns and CEM staff.
The internship is not only practical
ministry experience it is also practical
ministry. The interns live with, work with,
laugh with, cry with, play with, etc. the
resident students. The interns make a
significant difference in the student’s
lives as they minister to them. This
internship is for college students who are
juniors or seniors; credits from your
college may be obtained for this internship;
credits may vary with each college or
university.

The responsibilities of the intern are as
follows:
1. Be a role-model of the Christian
lifestyle
2. Live with and supervise resident students
3. Disciple one or more resident students
4. Function as a work crew leader
5. Function as a vital member of the Intern
team
6. Share responsibility for Study Hall
supervision
7. Participate in weekly training meetings
8. Lead occasional Devotions for resident
students
9. Be discipled by a CEM staff member
10. Cooperate with leadership and follow all
CEM rules.
